Intern Own Final Evaluation

All student interns must complete the final evaluation. You will need to write a summary of your experience at the organization where you were assigned. This should be a narrative that summarizes the different issues addressed below. The summary should be 5-7 pages, single-spaced, typed. It is due no later than the Friday before regularly scheduled examinations. You should return the evaluation to Dr. Emile Sahliyeh, GAB 470 or e-mail an electronic copy of the form to sahliyeh@unt.edu.

In the event your hours are not completed by that time, you may submit your evaluation later and receive an “Incomplete” in the course.
